- ‘Caterer’, ‘Chef’, or ‘Private Cook’ is referred to as ‘Rheanna Bristol’. ‘Customer’ is referred to as 'Customer' as stated below
- Customer is responsible in securing venue locale and permitting door code access to caterer. Venue MUST have a full kitchen for services to be rendered. Caterer keeps all codes, addresses, and events confidential to protect customer/facility
- Items may be cooked to order or served raw or undercooked. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase the risk of food-borne illness
- Red meat will be cooked to the rare to well done stage or 125°-140° on a food thermometer. Chicken or pork to a 160°
- Rheanna's Private Dining my offer products with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, and wheat that may or may not be present in the food associated with your event. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consumer for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies
- Rheanna's Private Dining does not assume liability and customer agrees to waive Rheanna’s Private Dining as not responsible for allergic reactions to foods consumed, choking, illness, injury, or any other medical occurrence or issues one may encounter while eating at any private dining/catering event performed by our company
- This proposal does not include alcohol service. The state of Utah requires a Alcohol License for food service. Rheanna’s Private Dining is prohibited by state law to purchase, carry, store, or serve alcohol without licensing through the Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control.
- Due to the sensitive time schedule of proper food preparation, Rheanna's Private Dining is not responsible for wine/alcohol service in junction with proposed services. This includes wine glasses, wine buckets, ice, or any other product in relation to alcohol services. This also includes the moving or transportation of alcohol products from one location to the other in any facet
- Please note pictures, menu items, and/or prices may be adjusted at any time before or after payment due to fluctuations in economy regarding fish, beef, chicken, propane, eggs, and any other unforeseen items
- Kitchen cleanliness is a must for efficient and delicious food preparation. Please note that Rheanna's Private Dining reserves the right to invoice customer if kitchen premises require clean up upon arrival for any meal service(s) noted in invoice/food schedule. This may also cause delay in the schedule of food service. This unscheduled cleaning service is billed at $149 per hour
- Rheanna's Private Dining reserves the right to leave premises at any point during services if in the event of, but is not limited to, illegal substance abuse, excessive alcoholism resulting in an unsafe environment, nudity, unwarranted sexual advances, verbal abuse, physical abuse, violence in any form directed at any one person, or any other unlawful and/or illegal activity. In this event, client forfeits all monies paid, and forfeits all incomplete meal services, and understands no refunds would be given
- Time is of the essence in food preparation. Please note: Meal delays will be invoiced at $99 per hour past the listed invoiced time
- Items included in any proposal: Grocery purchase, grocery delivery, food preparation, and meal clean up
- Rheanna’s Private Dining reserves the right to change policy, terms and conditions, or any other process that may need changed to oblige with facilities/AirBnB/VRBO rules, regulations, terms and conditions and individual host requests
- PAYMENTS: A $500 security payment can be made to secure your dates. This is non-refundable if services are cancelled. This $500 payment is used to cover onsite incidentals that may occur during services. Any remaining monies are refundable after services have been performed.
- CANCELATION POLICY: Secured and or paid events are non-refundable due to loss of business during held scheduled dates.
